Growth without adding more.

Companies lose revenue two ways at once.

  1. Money that leaks out after they earn it.
  2. Money that never arrives at all.

I find where it goes, price it, and rank what to fix first.

For companies between $10M and $100M.

The forecast is always wrong.
I need another ten percent, and I don’t know where it comes from.

More than half of sales leaders say they don’t trust their own forecast.

Key decisions are made on those numbers anyway.

What gets examined

Three places. Twenty things.

A CRM review checks the first. A billing audit checks the second. One pass covers all three — and the money that survives longest is what sits between two teams, where neither one looks.

7Outside the CRM Software, discounting, renewals

What you get

A report you can act on.

Not a slide deck and not a list of concerns. Four things, delivered twenty-four hours before we talk.

Every leak found, priced and rankedIn the order that pays back fastest, so what to do first stops being an argument.
What you can fix without meThe items your own team can close this month, with no new spend and nobody to hire.
A scorecard by areaYour pass rate against thresholds set before I looked, so next year you can tell whether it moved.
An owner on every lineA named role, not a person. Work with no owner does not get done.

Every finding is marked verified, estimated, or not priced — so you know which ones will survive a challenge from finance before you put them in front of anyone. One line, exactly as it appears.

Why me

Nothing I find makes me money.

Which is the only reason the findings are worth reading.

I don’t sell software
I don’t bill by the hour
I’m not paid on what I find

Who I am

Thirty-five years on every side of the revenue question.

Fifteen years running retail floors, where a lost sale never showed up on any report. Then B2B: I built a company’s first sales reporting, carried a number myself, led an inside sales team, and ran the analytics function that told a combined company whether its numbers were real.

Everywhere I worked, someone would ask a straight question about revenue and it took days to answer. Nobody was hiding anything. There was no one whose job it was to go looking.

How can I help?

A short conversation, no charge and no obligation. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say so.

$5,000If it goes further, step one is a single question put to your own team and timed. You find out whether your numbers hold up before committing to anything larger, and the fee comes off in full if you continue.
