What we collect, why, and what happens to the numbers you send for your sessions.
Who runs this site
jeffrandall.co is run by Jeff Randall through Randall Revenue Reset LLC, Saratoga Springs, Utah. Invoices come from Randall Revenue Reset LLC.
What we collect
- What you type into the forms (session request, call request): your name, work email, company, role and anything you write.
- Page-visit counts from Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Who processes it
Forms are handled by Formspree and call bookings by a scheduling service. If a video is added, it plays from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode only when you press play. Each has its own privacy policy.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to run your sessions or the work you asked for. We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list you didn’t ask for. Form messages are kept only as long as they’re useful for replying and planning, and deleted on request.
Session data
The files you send for your sessions, including what each rep earns, are seen only by Jeff Randall and co-host Dane Logan. They are used only to prepare your sessions and review call, are never shared with other companies or used in examples, and are deleted within 30 days after your plan is announced (no later than 120 days after session 2) unless you ask in writing that we keep them longer. Use ID numbers for reps (R01, R02…) instead of names; customer names are optional too. We’ll sign a mutual NDA.
Consulting data
Consulting is provided through MetrixGrove, which Jeff co-founded. For consulting, I work from read-only access to your CRM and the documents you choose to share. They are used only for your engagement, never shared with another company or used in examples, and deleted when the engagement ends or on request.
