Terms
The terms for Next Year’s Sales Plan, in plain language.
These terms apply to Next Year’s Sales Plan, working sessions for one company. They are between Randall Revenue Reset LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we”), and the company named on the invoice (“you”). Dane Logan works with you on our behalf. Paying the invoice means you accept these terms.
1. What you get
Two live working sessions on Zoom for your company, about 3 hours each, on dates we agree, for the people from your company who work on the plan (no set limit); the workbook and its supporting guides; within 5 business days after session 2, a written recap and the written plan; a Leadership Summary, a Rep Page for every rep and kickoff talking points; a sales pacing tracker and a rep diagnostic workbook; and one 45-minute review call with Jeff and Dane. It covers the quota-carrying sales roles in your workbook. Other roles or extra work (for example, cleaning up side deals or drafting rep letters) we quote in writing before we do it.
2. The review call
Book it within 60 days after session 2, before you announce the plan, or it expires. Send your updated workbook 2 business days before.
3. Optional preparation ($1,000)
If you add preparation, send the exports listed in the pre-work guide at least 5 days before session 1 (sooner is better), and we build and check your workbook before the first session. If they arrive later, we may need to move session 1. It includes matching customers between your CRM and billing when they don’t share an ID. We work with the data as you send it, flag obvious problems, and are not responsible for errors in your source data.
4. Price and payment
The price on your invoice ($4,950 if your free call is on or before December 1, 2026 and you accept our offer within 5 business days after that call; $7,500 after that), plus $1,000 if you add preparation, due before session 1. Your session dates are held when payment is received. Your completed pre-work is due by the date we agree.
5. Changes and cancellations
Payments are non-refundable, except under the guarantee in section 9. You can move each session once, with at least 2 business days’ notice in writing, to the next date that works for both of us within 60 days. A session missed without notice counts as held. If we have to move a session, you choose a new date or a full refund.
6. Your data
You decide what data to send. Use ID numbers for reps instead of names; customer names are optional. We use your data only to prepare and run your sessions and review call, keep it in a private folder only you, Jeff and Dane can access, never share it with other companies, and delete it within 30 days after your plan is announced, and no later than 120 days after session 2, unless you ask in writing that we keep it longer. Don’t send personal information beyond what the pre-work guide asks for. See the privacy page.
7. Confidentiality in the sessions
Sessions are not recorded. Only your team, Jeff and Dane attend. We keep what you share confidential and will sign a mutual NDA on request.
8. Materials
Your data, and the plan you decide on, are yours. The workbook, templates and other materials are ours; you may use and copy them inside your company. Please don’t resell or redistribute them.
9. The guarantee, and what it doesn’t cover
If your team sends its prep by the agreed date, the person who approves the plan attends both sessions, and you do not end up with a plan ready for approval (the written plan, a Leadership Summary and a Rep Page for every rep, filled in on your numbers), tell us in writing within 14 days after we send the recap and written plan, and we refund the session fee in full within 14 days of your request. Optional workbook preparation is not refunded once the work is done. If you choose to go ahead with gaps in your data, the guarantee covers the plan your data can support.
That is the only guarantee. The sessions give you tools, examples and our professional judgment. Decisions about your compensation plans, quotas, territories and hiring are yours. We don’t guarantee sales or any other result, and we don’t provide legal, tax or employment-law advice. Have your HR lead or employment attorney review any pay change before you announce it.
10. Limit of liability
Our total responsibility for any claim related to the sessions is limited to the fees you paid us. Neither side is responsible for lost profits or indirect damages.
11. Testimonials
We will only quote you or use your name or logo with your separate written permission.
12. General
Prices do not include sales tax, if any applies. Utah law applies. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions: hello@jeffrandall.co.
